PolyWires is a local community board: residents post photos, events, items for sale, jobs, services, and messages for their city. By using the app or website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 to use PolyWires. You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile.
What you post is yours. By posting, you give PolyWires permission to host and display your content within the service so your city can see it. You are responsible for what you post; only share photos and information you have the right to share.
Every post, photo, comment, and account can be reported or blocked in the app. Content that receives multiple reports is hidden automatically pending review. We review reports, remove content that violates these terms, and eject offending users, typically within 24 hours. We may remove any content or suspend any account that harms the community, at our discretion.
Listings, jobs, and services are posted by users. PolyWires is not a party to any transaction, does not vet posters, and makes no guarantees about anything posted. Meet locally, use common sense, and never send money to someone you haven't met.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolyWires is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from interactions between users.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
